Veteran-Owned, Built for Northeast Florida

EGA Pressure Washing was founded by a military veteran who applied the discipline and attention to detail from service to building a residential and commercial exterior cleaning business in St. Augustine. Since 2018, we have served homeowners across St. Johns, Duval, Flagler, Clay, and Putnam counties with paver sealing, paver repair, roof cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and pressure washing.

Northeast Florida presents a specific set of maintenance challenges that don't apply in drier or cooler climates. Salt air from the Atlantic and Matanzas River accelerates paver sealer breakdown on coastal properties. Summer humidity and afternoon rain create the conditions Gloeocapsa magma needs to spread across asphalt shingles. Pollen from Northeast Florida's tree canopy coats solar panels and reduces output during the heaviest production months. We built our service offering around these specific conditions, not around what works somewhere else.

We don't subcontract. Every job is completed by our own crew. We use commercial-grade equipment, and we match the cleaning method to the surface — high pressure where it belongs, soft wash where it's needed, and purified water where scratching is a real risk.
